How to Apply
The 2012 Reservation Form is available at the link below. Once you have filled out the Reservation Form online and printed it, you can do one of the following:
1) fax it
2) scan and email it OR
3) mail it to the contact information at the top of the Reservation Form.
You will need Acrobat Reader to view the following documents. It is available for download here.
2012 Summer Residence Reservation Form
Please note: We will not process the deposit if we are unable to book a room for you. We will reserve the room if it is available, and send you a confirmation by email / fax within 1-2 business days. All deposits are non-refundable and are applied to the last payment made prior to departure.
