How to Apply

The 2009 Reservation Form is available for download below. You can print out the Reservation Form and read the Rules and Regulations as well as the Network Usage Agreement below. Once you have filled out the Reservation Form, you can fax it/ scan and email it / OR mail it to the contact information at the top of the Reservation Form.

Please note: We will not process the deposit if we are unable to book a room for you. We will reserve the room if it is available, and send you a confirmation by email / fax within 1-2 business days. All deposits are non-refundable and are applied to the last payment made prior to departure.
