Meals
The Audrey Taylor Dining Hall located on the second floor in the Wilson Hall Residence provides guests with a comfortable dining area to enjoy a full breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. Guests can watch as professional chefs prepare delicious daily entrees at marche-style food stations.
Breakfast
Open 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., 7 Days a week (pending group bookings)
Guests are able to purchase breakfast at the Audrey Taylor Dining Hall each day for about $6.00/day plus taxes (Price will be determined)
A typical daily full hot breakfast menu :
• whole fruit (ie. apples, bananas, oranges, etc)
• cold cereal (over 10 different varieties to choose from!)
• eggs (different styles)
• pancakes/egg-o-muffin/waffles
• hash brown potatoes
• crispy bacon/sausage/waffles
• muffins
• croissants
• danish
• tropical fruit salad
• fresh melon pieces
• bagels and breads (with a variety of spreads!)
• beverages (ie. cofeee, tea, milk, etc.)
If you are concerned about dietary needs, you can always talk to the Food Services Manager in the Dining Hall to see what they can do for you.
Lunch and Dinner
Currently we do not offer lunch and dinner meal plans to individuals. Throughout the summer, however, we do have groups who buy lunch and/or dinner in their accommodation package. When this is the case, individuals may be able to buy meals at the Dining Hall – cash only. Dates and meals times will be posted at the front desk and the Dining Hall at least a week in advance.
